(again, nearly a year ago) During our travels this last week I was introduced to a whole new line of thought. We listened to the "Original Dialogues Between Abraham and Jerry Hicks" - The Law of Attraction. I think on a lesser plane I had already been using a lot of these principles but did not know from where they came.

Cell phones! At 75 I can handle the computer. In fact - I do pretty good there! Better than my 52 year old daughter. But cell phones - if I NEVER had to use one I'd be happy. I can't see the keys that well. And the keys are too small to push. And I don't need a telephone to send pictures - or to read my email - or to text (whatever that is!).
This past week I got a new appreciation for cell phones. As members of my family arrived in the Chicago/Naperville area we often had to communicate by cell phones. However, I STILL don't like them as I grew up in a generation of the wall phone (108F12) - then the square desk phone - then the slimmer telephone - but always a land phone.

What's new with me after all this time? Well, I have two new great grandbabies - each 6 months old.
I've moved to a new 2 bdr condo - been here a month now.
I've missed all you guys; however I have popped in once in a while.
I'm getting older (as old as dirt) and a little bit slower. But I still do reminisce about those old times - those years of long ago - the 50s - the 60s - the 70s - beautiful memories of decent music and movies and dress - and manners - those days…
